Self-Care: Deep Breathing Routine

ASIS has great alumni. Here is a video with Leslie, the LMT, an ASIS Alumni, who is promoting self care with techniques using self-massage. The link below is great routine to start the day or to use before going to sleep. It only takes about 15 minutes but reduces muscle tension and stress. Self care is something we teach in our massage therapy program and in turn the students, in clinic,  and alumni, in their practices, teach the importance of self care to their clients. Now is not the time to ignore self care, but to utilize it all the more. We all need to take care of ourselves, so we can take care of each other.
