Careers at ASIS

Our employees are the face of our school, the holders of our mission, and the cultivators of the next generation of massage therapists.

We believe in providing a safe and nurturing space and drawing forth and nourishing each individual’s innate wholeness, sense of intelligence, confidence and potential, while nurturing a desire and excitement to keep growing and keep learning, always.

We believe in providing a superior education in an atmosphere of joy, curiosity, respect and discovery, and honoring scientific and intuitive approaches to the learning of the human form and the art of massage therapy.

We strive to create an open and welcoming culture through interpersonal connections which invite the exploration of meaning, support for care of self and others, and awareness through education.

If this sounds like the kind of work environment you have been craving, we strongly encourage you to apply. Please don't hesitate to view our job openings at each of our campus locations, as they become available.

Flagstaff Positions

Part Time - Massage Therapy Instructor

The Arizona School of Integrative Studies (ASIS) is looking for instructors for its Flagstaff campus.  2 years of experience in the field is required - but the main requirement is a passion for massage therapy and a desire to teach others.  For those with the minimum of experience, we will train the right person in the art of conveying the fundamentals of theory, body mechanics, and technique.  For therapists with many years of experience, we will require that you are able to convey those fundamentals to beginning students.

The major modalities that we teach are: Swedish, Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports and Injury Rehab, Connective Tissue, Thai, Shiatsu, and Craniosacral Therapy - so if you have a passion for one of these modalities, there is part time work available as they come around in the schedule, particularly in the evenings.  Swedish massage, as the foundation, is more of a constant.  If you love Swedish massage and want to teach more regularly, there is work available during the days and evenings.

We have a great little campus here in Flagstaff, with a small but powerful staff, under the directorship of a very experienced massage therapist and educator.  If you share our passion for putting good quality massage therapists into the field, we would love to meet you and see if you are a good fit for our team.
