Tip #1 – Take a Break from the News

Instead of continually scanning the news for any new information, change the strategy. Allow yourself only a few minutes in the morning and the early evening to catch up on the news. Make sure you are looking at credible sources and not just Facebook or a newspaper. Do not dwell on the issue because that cannot change what is going on. Instead take a break from the news and spend time learning, growing, and spending time with family even if it is by phone. Relax. We will get through this. #ASIS #ManageStress.
