Introduction to Cranial Sacral and MyoFascia Release
This class in an introduction in how and why Cranial Sacral Therapy and MyoFascia Release Therapy is effective. It is a deep dive into the unwinding process and the history of this amazing therapy. This is a unique look into the unwinding process and movements of the cranial and sacral bones and how this process works to heal the body on a deeper level. Including physical and emotional patterns held in the body.
Mercedez Lucke-Benedict, LMT
Cranial Sacral Therapist | Myofascial Release Specialist | Wellness Consultant
Mercedez Lucke-Benedict is a dedicated wellness professional with extensive experience in cranial sacral therapy and myofascial release. She currently runs a private practice at Dove Mountain Chiropractic and Massage in Tucson, AZ, collaborating with Dr. Brian since 2022.
Previously, Mercedez led the Cranial Sacral TMJ Body/Jaw Alignment Program at REGENESIS TUCSON from 2020 to 2022, working closely with Dr. Steve Swidler. She also held the same position at Medicine Wheel Dental and Wellness from 2008 to 2020. In addition to her roles in specialized programs, she offered cranial sacral therapy at SYNERGY CHIROPRACTIC in Marana, AZ, from 2017 to 2018.
Before her current endeavors, Mercedez gained valuable experience as a part-time massage therapist at Rubs Massage Studio in Sahuarita, AZ, from 2013 to 2015, and operated her own private practice, LSPA, in Marana from 2019 to 2021. Her passion for holistic health and wellness is evident in her commitment to enhancing the well-being of her clients.

Facial Beauty with Gua Sha Mesa - November 2025 - Mesa

Elevating assessment skills using kinesiology and palpation: Neck, Head and Face Mesa-December 2025 - Mesa
December 6th 2025, 9am-12pmKinesiology is the study of the mechanics of movement. In this class, we will build on participants’ kinesiology knowledge to explore how understanding how our muscles move can enhance our treatment planning and massage sessions. We will review joint movements, muscle attachments, and movements and strategies to palpate these muscles efficiently. We will use these tools to explore how we can incorporate this knowledge into treatment planning, providing our clients an effective massage session. This course is a series of 6, 3-hour classes broken down into different regions of the body. Participants may choose any number of classes in the series to attend in any order.

A short review and then we will cover additional techniques that involve the following cranial and facial bones: ethmoid bone, zygoma, and the mandible. We will also be doing Cranial-Combos utilizing techniques from both trainings.
