The Trauma-Informed Massage Therapist

This class will begin with a thorough definition of trauma, including the three types. Next, we will explore the neuroscience involved and what it tells us about the impact of trauma. Last, we will explore the stages of trauma treatment and how massage therapy can be a part of the therapeutic process.
