Yoga for Massage Therapists Mesa- March 2026

This course is designed for massage therapists looking to integrate the ancient practice of yoga into their bodywork. The class focuses on the therapeutic application of yoga in relation to the physical, spiritual, emotional, and mental bodies. This training is beneficial for both therapists and their clients, as it can aid in managing chronic pain, reducing burnout, and improving overall well-being.

 

Instructor Bio

Logan brings a depth of practical knowledge shaped by over 15 years of clinical experience working with diverse bodies, nervous systems, and therapeutic goals. Her education certifications include: LMT, with over 200 CE hours, Reiki Master Teacher, RYA 200, and a Sound Facilitator. 

Logan’s teaching approach honors massage therapy as a skilled profession and an evolving practice rooted in tradition, intuition, and evidence-informed care. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all techniques, Logan emphasizes adaptability, clinical reasoning, and the importance of meeting each body where it is—skills that support therapist longevity, confidence, and effectiveness.

Drawing from Kinesiology, Reiki, and somatic awareness, Logan’s CE classes are designed to elevate therapists’ existing skill sets while encouraging sustainable, embodied practice. The focus is on integration: blending modalities, refining touch, and cultivating presence in an ethical way that supports both client outcomes and practitioner well-being.

Passionate about mentorship and lifelong learning, Logan is committed to creating continuing education experiences that are grounded, respectful of scope, and immediately applicable in the treatment room.

  • Elevating assessment skills using kinesiology and palpation: Lower Leg Mesa- January 2026 - Mesa

    Kinesiology is the study of the mechanics of movement. In this class, we will build on participants’ kinesiology knowledge to explore how understanding how our muscles move can enhance our treatment planning and massage sessions. We will review joint movements, muscle attachments, and movements and strategies to palpate these muscles efficiently. We will use these tools to explore how we can incorporate this knowledge into treatment planning, providing our clients an effective massage session. This course is a series of 6, 3-hour classes broken down into different regions of the body. Participants may choose any number of classes in the series to attend in any order.

  • Smart Stretching Mesa- January 2026 - Mesa

    January 31st - February 1st 2026 , 10am-4:00pm

    Participants will learn to design therapeutic sessions focused on improving clients' functional range of motion based on individual needs. Strategies include integrating stretch therapy into a full-body flow, as well as specific focus methods like Pin and Stretch, Thai Mat Stretching, and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF). The course will be split into two parts: Day 1 will focus on the upper body, and Day 2 will cover the lower body. Participants must attend both days for full CE credit.

    This continuing education course is designed to deepen the understanding and application of boundaries, ethics, and informed care in massage therapy practice. Participants will explore essential ethical principles, learn strategies for maintaining the highest professional boundaries with clients, and develop deeper skills for recognizing and responding appropriately. The course will cover practical guidelines for creating a safe and respectful therapeutic environment, including communication strategies, boundaries in draping, quality of touch,warning signs of predators, and ethical decision-making aimed at preventing sexual, physical, and emotional harm.     A continuation of my Essentials of Cranial-Sacral class. A short review and then we will cover additional techniques that involve the following cranial and facial bones: ethmoid bone, zygoma, and the mandible. We will also be doing Cranial-Combos utilizing techniques from both trainings.

    Presented by the Academy of Lymphatic Studies- This 135-hour course certifies therapists in the four components of Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT), which include Manual Lymph Drainage, Compression/Bandaging, Skin Care and Exercises. Participants first complete 45 hours of Home Study online, prior to attending the 90-hour live hands-on classroom time.

    This class focuses on how to effectively remove pain in the lower legs and feet by combining targeted myofascial release, energetic unwinding, and integrative assessment skills. Therapists will learn how fascial restrictions in the knees, calves, ankles, and arches contribute to gait issues, postural imbalance, chronic strain, and full-body discomfort.
