Fundamentals of Myofascia Release Techniques for Knees, Calves, Ankles and Feet- Mesa September 2026

This class focuses on how to effectively remove pain in the lower legs and feet by combining targeted myofascial release, energetic unwinding, and integrative assessment skills. Therapists will learn how fascial restrictions in the knees, calves, ankles, and arches contribute to gait issues, postural imbalance, chronic strain, and full-body discomfort.

Students will practice hands-on myofascial techniques to release adhesions and increase mobility, while also learning how to tune into energetic flow patterns. Students will look deeper into  where pain is originating, where it is referring from, and how to release it both structurally and energetically. We will explore pain caused by injuries, overuse, strain, and compensation patterns, and discuss integrative strategies that support deeper relief, improved alignment, and longer-lasting results for clients.

Ideal for therapists working with athletes, elderly clients, active individuals, or anyone experiencing lower-body fatigue, plantar fasciitis, or movement-related pain.       Students will leave this course with practical, ready-to-use skills they can apply immediately in their practice.

This class provides powerful, versatile techniques that enhance the therapist’s skill set and support long-term results for clients.

(Students should bring a set of sheets for the hands on practice time)

As a remote view healer, she now shares this integrative approach through continuing education courses that help therapists, healers and anyone interested in learning how learn how to work with both the physical and energetic bodies and remove pain. Her classes introduce students to her unique techniques, while subtly integrating Chakra (Energetic Vortex) work and intuitive methods subtly into a therapeutic session. Her goal is to help show that the body is truly miraculous  and we as humans can all tune in to our bodies and to those of our clients and learn to listen to the directions needed to shift and unwind pain and trauma.

She currently teaches at ASIS Massage Education in Mesa and the Massage CE Institute in Tucson, and will also begin an energetic healing workshop called The Lightworker Series in 2026.
