Bonacci Method of Regenerative Alignment: RegenAlign™ - Introduction- Mesa-March 2026
Specific Purpose: How to safely and effectively treat severe, acute and chronic, complicated pain and injury; how to differentiate between nerve-origin pain and musculoskeletal-origin pain, as well as identify multiple origins. Big Picture: The utilization of multiple thought processes, sciences and perspectives designed to optimize whole body integration necessary to ignite optimal healing environment for both the patient and physician. Prioritize and preserve safety and effectiveness in manual therapy that can be applied to all levels of massage.
Learning Outcomes:
1. Students will demonstrate an understanding of the concepts of acute and chronic, complicated pain and injury, and embrace an advanced perspective on the pain patient, showing a sensitivity toward how touch is logically and expertly applied in various circumstances. 2. Students will demonstrate a keen ability to assess the origin or origins of the pain. (Not a diagnosis, but simply finding the root of the pain) 3. Students will demonstrate an understanding of how the muscles, fascia, nerves and joints operate together and effect one another, as well as show an ability to determine which to focus on first, second, third, fourth. 4. Students will demonstrate the ability to distinguish between an intellectually thoughtful, therapeutically effective touch -- and simply a relaxing touch that will not have the desired healing effect on a pain patient and may irritate the patient further. 5. Students will demonstrate the ability to manually disrupt the pain path through the nerves, and manually activate the correct nerve flow. 6. Students will show an understanding of recognizing visually proper joint alignment. 7. Students will demonstrate correct myofascial touch and movement through a muscle. 8. Students will demonstrate knowledge to guide at-home self-care, appropriate exercises and proper resting positions.

- BIO:Dr. Bonacci loves a challenge. He often calls on doctors in the Valley for referrals, and he says the same thing to each one: “Send me your most difficult patient. The one nobody wants to touch. The one nobody can get better. Watch what happens.” He has confidence in his skills because his success rate is so great. He has developed his own techniques that help him determine the root cause of your pain, from severe leg pain to migraine headaches. Usually the problem with treatment stems from an incorrect diagnosis. Pain in a person’s elbow might actually mean there is a problem with the neck, back or shoulder. Many therapists will automatically treat the elbow, rather than digging deeper into the root cause. There are many other pitfalls that Dr. Bonacci has discovered through his own experience working with chronic pain. If he hasn’t seen your situation yet, he will be eager to dive into your case and begin the path to healing and wellness with you.
Dr. Marc Bonacci’s clinical approach to treatment is unusual for a chiropractor – and gets results. He blends traditional adjustments with various types of skilled manual therapy. He uses his own methods of testing and treating, which he has developed through extensive experience with pain patients in the past 15 years. His manual therapy is called the Bonacci Method of Regenerative Alignment. In an attempt to heal his patients, rather than simply managing their pain, Bonacci has made great strides in his search for the truth about chronic and complicated pain: from where it stems, and how to beat it.
