out for when grief may become clinical (Handouts are included in class fee.)
We will continue with gentle and restorative poses that allow participants to slow down and connect
to themselves physically and emotionally. Yoga sequence handouts are included to continue the

Gloria C. Mathiesen, MA, LPC, LMT graduated in 1997 from Irene Gauthier’s Myomassology Institute located in her home state of Michigan. She has been providing therapeutic massage services ever since. She is also a licensed professional counselor specializing in trauma for the states of Arizona and Ohio. She’s been an approved provider of continuing education for NCBTMB since 2010.
