DESCRIPTION:The purpose of this class is to teach the basics of structural integration\, to help blend various modalities designed to assist therapists in incorporating various tools and strokes to better serve their diverse population of clients\, with focus on common injuries and pathologies of the upper body. The class will cover principles and benefits of Connective Tissue Therapy\, Neuromuscular Techniques\, rehabilitation treatment\, and stretching for various outcomes\, such as increased performance\, injury prevention\, and tissue repair.
